Thanks for helping me to get this YouTube of horrific violations of patient rights and it was wrong what Dr Fagelman's receptionist did to me from behind the long closed off desk violating my patient rights and such rude, abusive and unprofessional behavior but when I can't get help and she has menaced, stalked me and than given me the finger still not clear she has done anything wrong watch what happens.  To date I am told everyone in the video lied about me and I can confirm not one woman in the video asked if I was okay despite seeing Delita Hooks running punch to my eye and drag me by my hair to the elevator as well as repeatedly kick me not fired or arrested.

Delita Hooks broke another law and that is filing a false cross complaint so she was the aggressor and came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to abuse me and than lied and a false cross complaint is a serious crime yet Internal Affairs has not contacted The First Precinct to make arrest.  I am also demanding the arrests of the NYPD officers involved in coercing me and I was threatened by the NYPD detective who was assigned to my case and stated he did not care if I had two black eyes.




This YouTube has 19,000 views and if you watch Delita Hooks comes 10 or maybe it is 20 feet down the hall --- you will see locked doors -- they are the men and women's bathrooms where she comes after me…   Everyone except the women in the video, Dr Fagelman's pals and corrupt NYPD and corrupt Internal Affairs agree this video proves I was savagely attacked and the NYPD and IAB fixed it and Internal Affairs is a disgrace as well as their is something very wrong with Dr Andrew Fagelman for not firing Delita Hooks.

Thanks and gratitude for helping me 1 year and one month to the day Oct 1, 2012 when Delita Hooks tried everything but murder to harm me and continues to lie blaming me for her violence and has yet to be arrested for assault and a false cross complaint.  Thanks to you she can never get away with this again and she is a mother so it is horrifying to think she could have done this to her daughter or a family member but she can't anymore and in my opinion this was not her first violent attack. 

The NYPD rushed to seal her false cross complaint with their crime of Coercion and IAB has not commited a crime of covering up coercion in my opinion.

I have had very little sleep and it is almost almost 1 month since my Father died Nov 2 and Dr Fagelman's role in this including not firing Delita Hooks continues to greatly upset me as well as the NYPD and Internal Affairs.   It should be noted that Internal Affairs claims my complaints involving NYPD involved is open.

When I called from the first precinct and asked what is the name of the receptionist who just punched me in the eye --- it was a long running punch -- Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks wanted to knock me out but she only made a hole in my retina for which I needed surgery and she hoped to drag me by the hair to the elevator.  She seemed surprised when I finally defended myself instead of continuing to be her human piñata but without putting down my 2 bags one with iPad and my iPhone.  

I asked Dr Vine my MD's receptionist what is the name of the receptionist who punched me and she said "Delite"  Dr Vine's reception told me she does not now Delite's last name.  Do you think she tipped off Delita Hooks who sits right next to her violating my patient rights after Delita Hooks repeatedly violated my patient rights including berating me, coming out from behind a long closed off reception desk, menacing stalking me and giving me the finger but worse than Delita Hooks repeatedly violated my body when I wouldn't accept her abuse of power and unprofessionalism as okay and normal.

Well Delita Hooks than lied and blamed me and I am told the women in the video joined in.   The NYPD fixed this savage horrific attack and it took 1 year and 1 good cop to get her false cross complaint.
