The NYDN climbs quietly back in to bed with Joe Tacopina like divorce papers below describe hotel trysts with Tacky-o and a client's wife?
NYDN could have crushed Tacky-0 thanks to something called the First Amendment. Joe Crap-o-pina was suing 2 NYDN reporters!!!
Why is NYDN silent when they should be loudly reporting the great news? (All news reporters should ask Joe why did you drop your lawsuit and what deal did you make to buy a newspaper's silence?)
Did the top brass at New York daily news reached a new low in compromising integrity?
The New York daily news has more than enough proof in my opinion that Joe Tacopina has compromised his ethics and clients more than once (in my opinion oh Joe this is an opinion blog) and they had more than one source and the real story is Joe Tacopina had no case because of something called the First Amendment so why is the New York daily news silent and not reporting the big story that Joe Tacopina dropped his lawsuit against them because Tacky-0's lawsuit against the NYDN was a joke bogus and stupid.
Not news according to the New York daily news...
Why did the NYDN quietly let Tacky-0 off the hook unless they got something in return?
That's a very very bad sign... Should I say in my opinion?
The NYDN failed to report Joe Tacopina A-rod's lawyer's past ethical history properly and now, it seems, as if the A-Rod lawyer yarned up a phony defamation lawsuit to influence their reporting -- proof NYDN their silence of their own role and newsworthiness as parties to this story - what are release/court stipulation terms they signed , i.e., non-disclosures were signed - they were quick to report on A-Rod financial issues but they are quiet over their own skeletons -
Did NYDN sign something that sets a bad precedent that may encourage even more reporters to be more cowardly good secretaries not reporters because editors perhaps have back room deals or secret deals with their subjects as we saw with Bloomberg as 1 example and now 911 Tech corruption? Funny how the New York daily news and all the media and politicians are not calling for criminal investigations 911? (for those who do not know 911 is 1 billion tax pair dollars over budget and internal affairs is in charge of investigating anything to do with 911 not the Department of investigation as told to me by new DOI head and this is not news.)
The editors silenced me at the NYDN. Apparently what I have to say is so threatening to them it's more important to violate my First Amendment right so it's not a surprise they may have sold their souls and ethics to Joe Tacopina oh and in exchange for something he has that they are interested in because they could easily beaten him if more money and more brains and Joe Tacopina's lawsuit against them was a joke it was ridiculous like Alex Rodriguez suing major-league baseball.
Has has Joe struck a deal to feed them information say on ex client like the ex police commissioner (Joe gives them ?) and return that the NYDN covers-up for him and his humiliating stupid lawsuit which he dropped. Joe acted like he was drunk on power or something -- shockingly stupid lawsuit.
Many of us want to look at the FBI Tacopina files.
Did the New York daily news strike some kind of deal to get some information that is more important to them than reporting real news stories about lawyers who sue newspapers to silence reporters from reporting news????
Joe Crap-o-pina was trying to shut people up as usual as editors of all these papers have done on behalf of whoever they wanted to put in office, for real estate deals, pals raiding NY Pensions etc but still... Sounds of silence and even more lack of ethics and including by the New York daily news top brass?
In my opinion, such a silent deal over such a loud story does not look good.

Bernie Kerik wants the FBI/US Attorney General of NY's files unsealed over the Tacopina/Kerik investigation that him
aka jail time.
The FBI has not done their due diligence in my opinion regarding 911 tech corruption in New York City government so becomes concerning about back room deals on all levels to cover up and protect certain people and businesses while other people are targeted. If only the Feds had gone after HP like they did Bernie and HP was not alone on 911 tech corruption. Harde har har laughable if it wasn't tragic. Note NYDN isn't asking where's the criminal investigations 911. Isn't that interesting as well and the New York daily news want to let me to comment so maybe I just don't care about the First Amendment anyway. The NYDN just didn't like getting sued and made an unethical deal = climbing back in bed with Joe Tacopina.
Kerik wants those files unsealed so he, in his opinion, can prove Tacky-0 sold him out and played both sides of the fense, as an informant and still counseling Kerik - That is my understanding of what the sealed records are that Kerik wants unsealed - that may expose the lawyer's alleged violations like the divorce papers I was sent that name Joe Tacopina as the reason is now ex client had sued his wife for divorce.

ps re me being savagely attacked did Joe Tacopina and his associates have anything to do with me being threatened and I believe it's also witness tampering.. If you are a lawyer you've also just crossed that yet another line could it have been Tacky- 0? The Internal affairs Bureau sure do not want to get to the bottom of what happened to me being threatened repeatedly by suppose employer by my attacker and by the NYPD.

I went in to see Dr F for a face rash, the receptionist insisted that she take my picture for their files as part of new patient registration. I explained that I was there for a rash on my face, asking to take my picture was a little insensitive. I refused to let her take my picture, she insisted explaining that it was for security purposes. I could hear her and her little posse of rap video trash in pink scrubs making fun of me as soon as I was out of sight.
Dr F's assistant was great and very empathetic.
Dr F is um... awkward. I felt so uncomfortable around him. I got the sense that he had no clue what he was talking about. He just sat at his desk clicking around on his huge Apple computer. I wanted to ask him if he was googling my symptoms!
I could not get out of there fast enough, it wasn't pleasant. I don't expect a visit to the doctor to be a day at the beach, that said the receptionist had epic amounts of sand in her panties.
