Step aside Melinda Katz -- when Katz was a city council person she was one of the biggest real estate whores but ask Bill Rudin who the biggest is now and it is Christine Quinn.

Christine Quinn has lost a lot of weight but she remains a big fat liar who locked her own district the West Village and Chelsea out of testifying they demand a hospital.
Where is the investigation in to the lock out?
Where is the investigation in to why an ambulance took a half hour for a 75 year old man from Quinn’s district who passed out in the freezing cold because security guards refused to let the elderly and frail in!
Of course corrupt Christine Quinn and her high paid team of crooks no where to be seen where her own district showed up to testify!
By the way, Christine Quinn isn’t calling for Cy Vance to prosecute the St. Vincent’s crooks.

May bring unwanted scrutiny to Rudin acquisition?
