My video response above part 2 (below part 1) I was the first to ask is NYPD Reccio going to sue Chabbot. I emailed Harry Levin TMZ and asked him because HE"S A LAWYER? Watch the 1st YouTube and look at the date.
Chabbott claimed he got a concussion and I wondered in one blog post if he got it skate boarding or from running over NYPD Reccio's foot?
