5th precinct lower East Side luxury hotel illegal parking no ticket!

If you are really rich it is a big boner to  park illegally in a loading and unloading zone that the little People would get a ticket what is the point of having a Ferrari.

It goes on all the time at The Mercer but look here is another arrogant smug momzer and there is even a not in the windshield.

The Mercer Hotel -- than manager Michael Rawson would call the NYPD and demand they ticket Veteran Vendors over inches but he also managed to get the NYPD to not ticket illegally parked cars parked in the loading and unloading for hours if not longer....

Meanwhile the rich call the NYPD to ticket the little People over inches and a ticket for them is devastating because they are not rich like Jullien Chabbott and you see to what extreme he went to avoid a ticket.

The Mercer Hotel and a few rich people on Prince St. that are like the Klu Klux Klan demand the First Precinct ticket Veteran Vendors and Artists over inches!!!!  Why they want them swept off the street.  Unemployment if between 10 and 17 percent and these people many minorities are struggling and The Mercer Hotel along with Henry Buhl want the police to ticket these Little People and not ticket them.

Henry Buhl should be arrested for dropping those illegal planters and if he OWS he would have been.
