Apple Continues to Alienate Customers Despite Iphone 5 Frenzy
I was at the 5th Avenue store and made an appointment at the genius bar because of Google Blogger's "improvement" of this blog so I can barely blog from my Iphone 4s.
I sat by the crowded genius bar at a table for group projects and worked very hard with just 15 minutes left to go before my Genius appt.
At this point I was told I had to move by a guy teaching a woman when there was no reason to move or stop working.
I responded I have plenty of one on ones that I paid for and do not use. I would be happy to apply one now -- a full hour for the 15 minutes could sit here and work before my appointment. I didn't even share with him I would be happy to get some answers from him as well.
He just refused and bullied me which I guess was my special unpaid one on one/group care teaching from Apple?
I ignored him and finished what was in mid -- air. I think google Apple critical comments which seem to be rising as much as their stock and I left them on the computer. I said I am leaving and here are a few things on the internet your treatment reminds me of.
I also happened to Google Apple Evil.
Note the level of anger and disgust at the store was high and some people waiting as long as an hour at the genius bar. I waiting 40 minutes happy I got a stool to sit on.
Note I loved Apple and would fill out their forms praising them, post blog posts and YouTubes but now they have posting their store manager in Soho in my opinion racist.
They sold me an Apple computer and lied to me I would get the operating system for free! The manager at 14 asked "Did I get that in writing?" so I am keeping the voicemail from her offering to sell me the operating system for 10 dollars and unlike the dishonest practices of her staff sales pitch when they did not even have a date of release -- typical Apple -- I have her saying her 10 dollar offer has no time frame....Really hilarious Apple would lose a good customer over 10 dollars but I guess they just are not rich enough.
